Traveling to an away game? Here's the information you want to know!
VHSL physicals are valid for 14 months from the date of the examination. A hard copy of the completed physical must be submitted to your coach or the front office. Please review the form carefully before submitting it. Physicals with missing signatures, dates, insurance information, or other required fields will be considered incomplete, and the athlete will be ineligible to participate until a complete form is received.
Academic Requirements
- Minimum of 5 classes passed in the previous semester
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or a 2.0 GPA for the previous semester
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of 5 classes
